I agree. I don't think Copper fox should have bought Arizona because I for one will not do business with CUU again and have no interest in Arizona. They should have left the $2M in the bank and taken a smaller PP from Ernesto.I wont even be interested in CUU-2. Im very disapointed and frustrated with the past delays, lack of "good" information and "rubberband timelines". where like a rubberband you can keep stretching the dates. No investment should be so consuming and stressful.

It is my understanding that CUU is obligated to provide Teck with ALL information pertaining ONLY to Schaft Creek. We are not obligated to provide them with information on our other properties and research data. So why can't we release the MIRA, Titan, aerials, etc? Yes, they MIGHT be interested in purchasing the other lands that we own, however, our agreement is that we will be responsible to provide them only on Shaft Creek.

I don't feel comfortable that we will be settlng on the best offer for the shareholders. Technically, since Tech is only obligated to make a decision on Schaft Creek, CUU should have continued drilling and at the same time, provide prospectus to other bidders on all our other properties. IF Tech is interested in our other lands, etc. they can compete with other interested majors.

This way, we have both Part A (Shaft Creek covered) and the rest of the properties (covered). If Tech wants them ALL, they pay what the price is for Shaft Creek and what other majors are willing to pay for the other properties. This way it would be fair. The way it is now, there IS no bidding war if Tech decides to take lock stock and barrel. However, should they decide not to, and they take 120 days to decide that outcome, we'll be going to need 9 months to a year to get other majors interested in us, negotiate, settle, etc. Basically wasting months of our time, revamping the sales effort.

Schaft Creek and the other properties should be sold as 2 separate properties concurrently to 2 groups of people. I think Teck would look to us as savvy business people instead of lazy to drum up business and looking for easiest way out sacrificing potentially huge gain. They being savvy negotiators will not respect us for being so amiable and guileless.
