End of summer is TT's deadline given to CUU for completion. Given that they could give it to CUU at 11:59 on Friday, and Elmer would still need to look it over, and still give teck the official notice that they've completed the BFS and NR it, I'll give them the weekend before they NR it, even if they actually have it in hand. I do think that a day or two is still released "in a timely manner" for the regulatory boards and the exchange.
