I heard the same thing as Prospekt and posted it to the board (Email from Lynn in my post history). September 21st as a tetra deadline to have it finished. That said, I'd still give it an extra week since TT may give it to CUU on September 21st and not released to the public the exact same day (may need to be reviewed, and signed off by elmer and the NR by Teck). There's also the actual notice that CUU has to send to Teck for the official 120day clock to start. That and the language of the latest NR give them that wiggle room.
