Maybe "they" is "us", one in the same, so these PP's can be done at a lower price. I know if i was investing about 30 million $, I would want a deal aswell., better $1.15 than $1.50.

Now one of the PP's is closed and adding another 4 million at $1.15 by the same insider, i would think they would let go of the share price now, being so close to the main event. Seems too good of deal to let me buy shares at a few cents above the PP price. I cant believe that opportinity will last very long.
