Hi, YourNadir: I like the way you have described the scenario. The only itch scratching my head on this one is that Elmer and Don Lindsay appear to have a collegial relationship, hence the two of them holding up the cheque for a charity on the CUU website. My understanding is the two companies have had a very collaborative approach. I just can't see negotiations souring so quickly. But heh, who knows for sure...
