News of Closing of the earlier Offering = Good...Now Question Off the Table. Closing of the AZ Purchases also Good. More Cash from EE to Fund AZ & BFS + "General Expenses" Hmmmmmm....Just IMHO-

I agree with the Posters who've said we are presently Negotiating with Teck & they have likely been Hard Balling... SO...Threaten Drilling, Raise the Cash from an Insider to do so (EE up's the Ante). CUU Negotiates from a point of Strength - We have the Goods!
