I doubt we can get a delay. A short one would boost our value. The sp doesn't make a lick of difference. But a delay is not in the cards. What's coming is a Resource on the new deposits. That would be much more like it. We should take an option agreement and develop new REs while selling SC. If they otions are really good then we cut them a deal on SC. Long term contracts are worth more than 1 bird in the hand and could fuel more land buying and development of outside properties.
