Teck has 120 days to declare their intentions.
However, they are supposed to have negotiated a JV agreement that I don't think they have negotiated yet. Therefore, I believe that they won't bother negotiating that agreement at this point in time and will have to come up with a decision within that 60 day period.
This was discussed quite recently.
Teck should be fairly aware at this point in time what they want to do. They would already have most of the information from the feasibility in their hands and be crunching some numbers already. They might even be lining up financial partners. That $6 billion in funding that they are arranging could have something to do with moving forward on this project. I don't know if we'll find out quickly what their decision is to be, but I think any delay would have more to do with their need to get money organized and parnterships formed, rather than decision-making. They are free to say they have no interest at this point in time and I think that if they weren't going to take any they would have already said so.
