I don't think they have any money left for drilling right now. (I know...they could get endless sums from EE on loan.)

Is it at all possible that the drill is not from us? Could someone else have asked permission to go and have a quick drill for some DD before making an offer? Someone in the area with access to a drill crew? What exactly do we know about this drill: who sent it, where it came from, or do we just know that one has been spotted?
