Clause 15.1 of the Agreement states that they have to enter into a JV agreement no later than 60 days after the delivery of a feasibility notice.

Thank you Prospekt for reminding us of this clause. I remember reading this a while back and wondering how could you enter into a new JV agreement unless Teck declares their back in option? So is it your opinion that Teck really only has 60 days to declare their intentions and negotiate a JV? Seems like another thorn that goes away if Teck buys us out completely.
