Well I can certainly see the uniformed retail selling and then there are traders, not a problem, but at several hundred thousand/ millions shrs [over months]. My view or speculation is accuamalation. What are their reasons to offer up so much stock unless to accumulate [because they are able for NOW] Other options dont make sense so close to the goal line.
