Buyers are being fed stock at $1.20

If there is a deal being negotiated, and they are keeping it private as per the disclosure rules I posted yesterday, then the stock price will be monitored by the TSX for irregularities. If the price started to rise without seeming cause then there would be a halt called and the information would have to be released. I really can't believe that the company or anyone else who has an interest in negotiations would be capable of holding it down...but it does present a problem with it rising too fast.
