We've had our stock halted by the TSX. When the information came out early on the website about the delay in the feasibility last time, the stock took a swift tumble and TSX phoned up management immediately and put a hold on, and then the announcement came.

If, as others believe, there is a deal already or one is being negotiated they are required to disclose this to the TSX. The TSX will then monitor the stock price to see if the information appears to be getting out and then will call a halt for news.
