The 20% dilution clause is in the Agreement. I can't remember if it was written on the old website or not, but it is definitely in the Agreement.

The 4 years to build the mine legal stuff is between Teck and Liard and we can't see it until we get the shares in Liard from Teck after the Feasibility is released. (Or maybe it's not public even then, we don't know.) Elmer and others have often made reference to this clause.

There is mention of the joint venture in the Agreement that is linked in our link library--or should be.
