Last week Vette had a talk with Elmer on the phone and asked him why they were closing camp. The explanation given was that further dilution of the stock would not add incremental value to the company therefore it was decided unanimously by the whole board of directors to cease drilling operations.

If this is indeed what happened, then Elmer would of have to call a board meeting to explain why they needed to stop drilling. What explanation could Elmer have given them to make this a unanimous decision by all members of the board? I can only think of one explanation and that is they got what everybody wanted - a buyout decision from Teck at the price they all wanted.

On another note, what could have made Teck to suddenly jump then? Could it be they liked the Mira report? Another possibility, ( and this is pure speculation here on my part ) is that one of the assays came back with a fantastic glory hole of 2-5% Cu. This could make Teck jump in a hurry :)! Before you all inbox me on this ridiculous speculation pls note that this is just that my speculation but nevertheless one possible explanation.
