I've said it before, I don't think that one needs to own the mineral claims to build a road. Roads are a Special Use Permit issued thru the Ministry of Forests. If that is not the case, I think Paget would be very amendable to having CUU build a road thru their territory which would faclititate Paget's exploration.

Yes this is correct........The Mining Right of Way Act ............guarantees road access. It has nothing to do with claim ownership.
