I can see documents on Sedar for 2002, but I can't see the Salazar/Teck agreement. (Although it could be lurking because I'm not going to read all of them. It was signed on November 17, 2002 and there are only two documents past then in 2002. I couldn't see anything in the first three months of 2003.)

However I received the following comment from Teck Resources in an email dated September 22, 2011:

"We don't detail all of the companies we have exploration agreements with as individually they are not considered material reporting obligations to us. We leave the reporting obligation to the junior companies."

I don't know why they wouldn't be obliged to report these things but they aren't.
