The thing I'm not clear on, is if there is actually a new warehouse that has been built or not. Appendix A of the CUU agreement with Stewart Bulk Terminals shows the proposed building site which looks like an addition to the larger existing building, but google earth and the video don't seem to show this expansion.

Alerce, did you see this new warehouse on the site yourself?
