My thoughts exactly as I read through it Chappy. Schaft looks better and better all the time, ie. it's a relatively 'safe' play with no big issues waiting to halt the progress. I wouldn't be surprised if some tacit support had already been given (wink, wink, nod, nod) if the warehouse has been built in Stewart.

I like the idea of Teck starting with Schaft, then branching out to the surrounding claims which maybe aren't quite a simple in the coming decades. (eg. Galore, Teckland, maybe buy DOK?)
