Just noticed the decimal error. They bought 3.6 billion pounds for about 860 million. There were known costs associated with that and about 100 million into it already. If we just look at the pounds it's about 3.5 to 4 cents a pound. The bonus will be if the gov't pays for the water studies. That could move the deal up to about 4.5 cents.
