Your capex numbers are very similar to mine Chappy. I'm using the following capex numbers:

Capex for initial 120,000 tpd: $3.6B

Capex for expansion to 180,000 tpd: $500M

Sustaining capex: $43M / year

I'm thinking my numbers might be a tad low as welll. Let's hope the Feasibility Study proves me wrong.
