I guess they'll be darned glad I'm not going to be there.

No, they can't release material information at the AGm. It has to be Nr'ed to the public so we can equally receive it.

Strategy yes. Liquidation Event No. We all know that no material information will come out that elmer can use to back up that claim. See my posted list of questions. Intentions are nice but this is business.

EE might be cheap money but that completely ristricted the pace of development and may also have been directly responsible for the FS delay. Had we had an open book on money raising we may very well have done business with a better company. I call BS on that one. If you think EE is doing this so you can make money you ZIP code must be for fantasy land.

Review last year's AGM and show me how they implemented their intentions. I call BS again. For that matter, review the last 3 years. Franky people, I smell a conflict of interest within the board. We hired the wrong company for the FS, money was trickled out in advance of that event and that does indicate to me some fore knowledge. I would not be surprised to see that EE has used his majority to give himself the PP's. (Should be in the companies minutes)

Late is normal in this arena but we've been off the charts late with no real accountability. We never get properly informed of events including total 180's like buying new land in a questionable country. The list of questionable activities is the same as last year but now I'm adding to it. For those with short memories, I did not like this same (insert mild expletative here) repeating itself. And yet, here we go again. Do you all remember how the sp shot to the moon after the last bust of an AGM?

That's about it for me. We'll see very soon if preparing for a drop in the sp is right.
