Thanks Vette. As always, you put a bit of a spring in my step (in the investing way LOL!).

Sending the Aerials to Mira straight away makes good sense. Last years Aerials got the market excited for a bit but we were not exactly sure what they meant to the fundementals. I think Mira can do much, much more in that regard.

The Aerials also covered a few non-CUU claims (most not owned by Marko who seems to be able to part with his claims on pretty agreeable terms) so they might want the Mira ace up their sleeve before tackling any more land buys.

And... if BFS is sooner, rather than later, it would make the most sense to get the Mira product in hand much sooner.
