Correct me if I'm wrong, but, we haven't had a PP closing since January 30, 2012. Was that before the blackout began? This latest PP has not actually closed yet. Maybe EE has committed to it but until it closes it doesn't matter in terms of the blackout?

It does seem like a long time inbetween funding.
