NR Sept 4, 2012 stating either:

Teck buys all of Schaft Creek and backin agreement eligible lands: $5.50

Teck buys all of Copper Fox lands in Golden triangle: $8.00

Then:

Elmer keeps 50 to 100 million for drilling etc.

Shares consolidated 5:1

Copper Fox lists on TSX

And:

Of utmost importance

Wife is off my back

Kids can stay in school until they learn something

And just maybe I can have my mid-life crisis a bit late and get the Mustang GT Coupe I wanted since I was 16.
