Question about the pool: Is the date for when we actually get the money (and/or TCK.B shares) or when there is a NR reporting an offer? I'm under the impression that these would be different dates (correct me if I'm wrong).

And in a buyout price is it whatever we think will be sold (i.e Just SC, SC + Some land, the whole company etc.) as the price?

I'm thinking although CUU may want to sell most/all of it at once, they may end up selling peices at a time.
