It sounds like an exciting property but keep in mind that it was just purchased for only $2M. This is exactly what it's worth at the moment.

BCU had no choice (read below), give that property, grades and potential to Elmer and team....see what happens. Don't forget, CUU was 7 cents before EE stepped in....Many are in the same position today as in 2008, no money , no honey.
