And why's that Stomper? It was said that the BFS was almost completed a while. The markets are not freaking out which is a good time to let it run. So why are you so sure it's gonna be 2013? How would YOU explain the news on the backburners, the blackouts...Elmer sounding kind of anxious to get this done. Then again, you think we're only getting 2-3$ a share at best.
