Max, the outstanding options are already part of the fully diluted outstanding sharefloat. exercising them doesn't dilute any further. If new shares are issued with more options attached, it's a double whammy of new immediate dilution, plus more dilution in the future from the new options.

The best scenario for us now is to not issue any more new shares or options but live on the existing options when exercised.....chunky
