So ... just going out on a limb here ... you're happy with the report? I'm actually very comforted by the fact you like what it says, even although we need a layman's interpretation of what you are saying. I'm glad you inserted directions as to when to react to the geologic descriptions "insert eye roll here, etc." because I for one needed that.

Seriously, very glad to have someone of your experience to interpret this report for us and comment on what it doesn't go far enough in saying. Sounds like we'll be going south for more fortune and I don't mean to Vegas.
