I guess the troubling thing is that he's sold every share he bought since last July 11 last year and at a loss of about 30 cents per share. Do insiders ever make a public announcement to explain their reason for selling?

I'd be interested to hear from Prospect and Webgogs on this. Probably nothing to worry about but I like many others here am overextended in this one stock so I worry.
