Maybe he lost a bet when the feasibility would be released. :)
Okay, he could have bought a cottage, or his daughter got married, or he was stopped out, or his fiscal tax year is here, or a million other things.
If he's trading it means he doesn't have any more information than we do. So his sells are no more informed than ours. There doesn't seem to be a reason to be alarmed about this on the face of it. If something significantly "fatal," as they like to say, happened with the company then I would think every single Director/employee holding shares in the company would be completely stopped from trading until it was released.
Personally, I doubt he even does his own trades on a daily basis. (I've often thought that his wife's shares were being traded for her.) Maybe she ran out of shares and he sold so she could buy some more tomorrow.
I'm still relatively excited about the volume spike today. It does signal a change usually and the case seemed to be a good one that the change would be upwards after a couple of days of high-volume lower prices. I'm looking forward tomorrow to another high-volume day. For once lower stock prices would have a very positive outlook.
