There's just two things with this. They are not defined like we are but run about double what we do. So it's a goot deposit al right, no doubt there. It's 11 years of high grade for 3/4 of a billion down. Not bad. They had an offer last year that got yanked. This year another national paid a bit more and they sell. I'm thinking people are getting muscled off the paydirt. More nationalization just trying to keep up appearances.

The second thing is these guys completed the deal June 12 and then guess who come buying here? Morgan Stanley, their financial guys!

I don't think that's a coincidence. Monday should be interesting.
