The BC & Alberta Corp Act stipulates that the Notice and the Circular for the Annual Meeting must be sent out no less than 21 days before the meeting. That would put the deadline for the mailing as June 28, or a week from today. With 10,000 copies, I guess the whole office staff would be busy for a while. I have only 2 accounts, regular and RRSP; so I guess I am not taxing the staff as much as some others! :-) GLTA!
