You can't divide Schaft Creek like a cake, so Teck would be (with their own money) upgrading the value of CUU's 25% by spending on on it's 75%...

Teck would actually have to pay more for us after spending their own money on their 75%, because it would indirectly bulk our value.

For that reason we're gone before they start spending anything and we all know they would have to start the day they back in to even dream of putting Schaft Creek in commercial production in time.

All this while not having control or voting power.
