Lowedw.... 046 is "Lil' Macquarie". 90% of the time or more he trades in very small orders. Quite often less than 100 shares. He flips in and out making his half penny a trade. It appears manipulative but it very easily could just be his 'flippen' trades.

It is a bit nuts that a 100 shares can swing the price like that on a market cap of 100's of millions.
