I have been following level 2 for some time. Very often right at the close (and during the day), House 046 will be involved in a small share transaction (less than 100 shares) and bring the share price down a penny or two. Today, 046 brought the s/p down to $1.11 but we managed to rebound to $1.13 just before the close.

Interesting to observe what appears to be manipulative activity. I know that in the end, the s/p may will be irrelevant in the buyout negotiations. Still, it's fascinating to watch House 046...
