Dont be confused. 1) They will be drilling but near the end of the season. 2) lawyers for BFS, 3) Tetra Tech being late cost money ( delaying buyout = paying for operating expenses ). 3) maybe some extra last minute claims. 4) extra surverying Aerials etc... 5) little extra money to have on the safe side in case extra costs come up as prices for services is going up.
