I think that 4+ million is chump change for this project ,that just covers basic costs to keep the doors open ,some legal fees,and some money to BFS.

Curious about the loan though ,we just paid Ernesto back ,why borrow from him again. Why borrow at all-reduce the perception of dilution or?
