I don't care who it's from..it's interest free and has no fixed terms of repayment.

All the other juniors out there don't have this luxury..and that's their biggest issue.

This is insider held, their blood and sweat and tears...and we get all expenses back no matter what % Teck backs in for

Teck takes 20% = 100% expenditures (61.6 million to CUU)

Teck takes 40% = 300% expenditures (138.6 million to CUU)

Teck takes 75% = 400% expenditures (77 million to CUU)

Now we have the money to wrap it up.
