Good to present both sides RabidTiger. However, in this case, we've been at this so long, that the FS must be very close (1-3 months is very close in my books). They said they were close last fall, and then delayed. Then again in March. It can't go on indefinitely (or I'm in a very bad recurring dream!).

I say optimistic, especially with this PP being kept, well, very private. Ernesto still believes, as does the mystery loaner of $2mm. Bring it!!
