Fair question

If they don't buy us out they have to make a partner out of us. They pay all the upfront costs and claw it back before sending us our monthly cheque. Elmer is going for the fastest IRR just in case that's what happens. We would be able to sell that stake to any partner we wanted and that partner might not be exactly what Teck desires. So Teck would try bring the partner to us. That could drive the price up more.
