Other companies won't be making an offer until they know what percentage Teck will earn back. Teck can effectively hold them off until they make their decision. So it could come after the Feasibility is released, but I am expecting that they will try and negotiate an agreement with Copper Fox for the remaining shares before they tell the world that they will back in for any specific amount.
