Could it be that TECK is up to something bigger? Up to now we have all bee thinking of export of copper concentrate, but what about adding some value here in BC through the CESL Process that TECK is developing? Just think, TECK will get the copper (and all the other goodies) out of the concentrate here in BC and export the real thing? Could it be? hmmmmm...
