OK, mulled this conf call announcement over the past few days.

Scenario #1, CUU gets halted tomorrow, NR on Teck buyout offer, conf call to disseminate deal to all CUU investors and explain CUU 2.0.

Scenario #2, no halt tomorrow, conf call is just to explain the way forward, PP, status of blackout and reason why it's going on so long.

Either scenario is fine by me, I'm not going anywhere soon that requires CUU shares to be cashed in.
