On 1 side:
* We have cash rich producers that must secure resources to continue to exist.
* The juniors are not getting the financing they require because of this bad economy, less financing = less new discoveries = less futur supply
(it takes over 10 years of exploration, data analysis, planning , financing to bring 1 mine into production)
* World demand is up and will continue to go up (Brazil, India, China etc)
RESULT
What's a producer thinking about today regarding the supply scenario 10-20-30 years from today....
Competition amongs the cash rich producers to grab the existing deposits = bidding wars
Deposits like Schaft Creek with 5 metals, at Feasibility stage, in Canada....they get taken out.
In our case...it's going to happen within a very short time period from today.
