Their original NR on Mar 19 said the mine plan would be delayed 6-8 weeks due to labour shortages at TT. Because of this the FS would be delayed til mid to late summer.

So the mine plan may be complete. It has been more than eight weeks. You are right... it would be nice to have an update on this.
