People can be irrational in a down market, some, as ill-informed as they may be, may even be selling at a loss due to their panic.
Then there's the possibility of algorhythmic trading devices that are turning over shares.
Whatever the reason for the selling, I am not parting with any of my shares. What I am doing is looking at the potential for havoc over the month ahead -- due to the Greek/Euro mess -- and trying to figure out what the bottom might be while also wondering when the revised RE might drop and what that will do to our share price.
I have some cash on hand and it's tempting to buy now, but the 90s are a real possibility. I don't like missing out on bargains but I don't like buying and watching it drop a ways.
Since I own plenty CUU right now, this is just a diversionary strategy I'm using to keep myself sane while awaiting the big payoff. ;)
