For those of you who are in doubt what Jason said. Please do me a favour and yourself and pick up the phone and call him. I am sure he would be happy to answer any questions that you may have. I was very surprised that he said the lawyers were working on the lands that were 2 Km adjacent to the original property and how to option them off. He said something to the effect that it would be some sort of deal as we have now. Like a CUU 2 yes. Take it for what it is worth Jason was frank, laughing, informative and ended the conversation with hang in there and hold on. I did ask what mid to late summer meant as mid summer for me is July 30 or so he responded with July or August was the expected date of completion.
I was hoping when I read this part, it didn't mean "could go through a rough couple of weeks so hang in there." Oh well, we'll just have to wait and see. I've been trying to average down for a couple of months now, but no matter how much I buy, my average price never budges. I'm going to stop for awhile. All my eggs are in one basket and need to realize never fall in love with stocks....especially ventures. Even though we always say CUU is the cream of the crop of ventures which I do still believe.
