Vette, it's not even about SP...

Boleo project is still very good. Baja is not. They need money. And that money is going to dilute the hell out of Baja. I'm confident Boleo will be a producing mine but Baja's SP may not be as much as before.

CUU went through the same thing, diluted its shares outstanding to almost 400 million back in 08/09?
